Happy Halloween!

From time to time, I like to proofread what my parents put on their blog and every now and then I'll find an example where they skim over what I feel is a pretty important fact. For example, that Halloween costume that my mom spent so much time making for me--you know, the one in which I looked absolutely FABULOUS--well there is a little detail that wasn't quite explained over on their blog. And that is that the only part of the costume that my mom didn't actually make was the hat I wore. Do you know where that came from? You'll never guess, so I'll just tell you...A Halloween costume for DOGS! Yeah, that's right. She looked high and low for a witches hat that would fit me and couldn't find one. So she bought a costume meant to be worn by a cocker spaniel and put the hat on me. Can you believe it?!? And my dad thought it was hilarious.

Granted, I did look fantastic in the whole ensemble, but that doesn't change that fact that part of my costume was meant for canines. And because I knew it was important to my parents for me to look as cute as possible, I was a really good sport and never once tried to pull the DOG-gone thing off. But make no mistake, my parents will be hearing about this once I can start verbalizing coherent sentences. Hope you had a good Halloween.

Can someone please tell me...

Why I have to sit in a pumkin naked?

Mom's 26 and I'm 6-2!!

So a few days ago, mom turned 26!! And on the exact same day, I turned 6-2 (6 months minus 2 days) I can't beleive how big we're both getting. I'm going to be driving soon...and maybe mom will too.

Here are a few pictures from the day.

I got pretty tired after all the celebrating, so I took a long nap.

Take the Camera Away From Them...Please!

I love my parents, but this has to stop. I can't do anything without one of them grabbing the camera. I tried to eat the camera the other day, but that didn't work. So can someone give me a hand here?

Or does anyone have any advice on how I can stop this madness?

My gauge of growth!

I was looking through pictures with my mom the other day and I noticed something, I'm getting bigger. My carseat seems to be getting smaller and smaller. By next month I should be able to drive. (I know what you're thinking...before my mom. At mom's rate my kids will drive before her.)

Two weeks old!

Six weeks old!

Five months!

The greatest thing about me getting bigger, is that I get a new wardrobe like every month.

Hi!

I'll be amazed if there is even anyone out there that still checks my blog. If you are out there, thanks for sticking with it. I guess there's not a whole lot that has happened since my last post, other than...laughing for the first time, rolling over for the first time, sitting up for the first time, and eating solid foods for the first time. I've also grown about 5 inches and gained about 6 pounds. My bald spot in the back of my head is going away, my eyes are settling into what looks like it will be a grayish green, and I think I've got a few teeth finally starting to come in. I've also flown for my first time, as well as for the second, third and fourth times. I've been to St. Louis MO,  Springfield MA, Stockbridge MA, Boston MA, Pawtuckett RI, Newport RI, and some quaint little cabin on a lake in Vermont. I've met 4 uncles, 5 aunties, 9 cousins, 16 first cousins once removed, 3 second cousins, 7 great-uncles, 8 great-aunts, 1 Great Grandpa, 1 Great Grandma, and about 2 dozen other people that are family, I'm just not sure how. Other than that, there hasn't really been much happening. So I'm sure you can see why it didn't seem all that important for my parents to let me get on the blog and give you an update--what was I going to update you on?!?
Well, since I don't really have much to talk about, I guess I'll let you be on your way. I hope you'll check back in about 6 months. I'm sure by then I'll have something interesting to tell you.
